Dubai Aroma NZ offers 7 days Return-To-Base warranty since the date of purchase. This does not include change of mind so please choose your items carefully. Warranty covers faulty items with manufacturing defects only. Liquid, impact or any other damage will not be covered under the warranty.

 

Returned items must return with the same packaging and accessories.

 

​No refund will be issued if the items were used or it has been more than 7 days since the items were shipped.

We may need your bank account details to process the refund, if it is not internet banking we will use the same method as original payment.

Refund will be issued within one billing cycle once receiving the returned item.
